There are many types of Tiles that can be used, From different materials to different shapes styles and sizes and a endless list of colours.However the most common and our No 1 recommendation is Redland 49's.

Slating is seen as the most complicated material to use due to the complexity and high level of skill required to install them.

Customers always ask what the price difference is between Slate and tiles, however this can fluctuate dependant of many key factors.

For easy maintenance and access Redland 49 tiles allow for roofers to gain access to the roof by pushing the tiles up.Slates and some types of tiles dont allow easy access so its always something to bare in mind when choosing between them as using a material that dont allow easy access may incurr higher future costs as scaffolding may be required for small repairs.
